A Clever shark gets through the door — any way he can. Playing off the Jaws hype — this skit worked on SNL with no real reference to the movie. Is your message reaching your audience? We still laugh every time we see this. Keeping it memorable is gifted writing — funny works.

Is the eye formed by seagull emissions?

Yes it was created by a seagull. Most likely a tiny version of the very large gulls on Block Island.
