Our son, Tyler, turned 21 yesterday and Karl came home with bonus gift he made for him. Hand-made presents are the best and I loved this so much — I had to feature it here. Not only does it showcase Karl’s latest DesignerJournals™ offering of neon spiral bindings — he customized the first page with a beautifully articulated typographic message — in of course — Sharpie®.
So, yeah, Tyler went out last night for his first legal drink in a bar with his friends — but we prefer the DIY tag to the DUI one in this house — gettin’ drunk on our own creativity.
