Car type — cool emblems from past automobiles. It seems that many of the major car makers spent a lot of time ensuring their brand stood out and stuck out — especially with the fancy 3D chrome versions.
I saved my fathers MG emblem from a car he had in the late 50s when he was dating my mom. I remember the story of my grandfather thinking my dad’s car was too sporty — meaning he might be too fast for his daughter. Based on all the movies of that era — your cool was your car.
